Rivermount College on the Gold Coast wanted to protect its single outdoor court from the harsh Queensland sun, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a tensioned shade sail canopy stretched the full length of the fenced court. The deep blue sail creates a striking, uninterrupted band of shade over the playing surface, framed neatly by the surrounding trees.
Engineered as a tensioned shade sail structure, the canopy delivers wide, even coverage across the court while keeping the design open and unobtrusive around the perimeter fencing. The result is a shaded, more comfortable space for students to play sport throughout the school day.
