The rooftop dining precinct at Myer Centre in Brisbane’s CBD needed stylish, functional shade for diners, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a series of 4m hexagonal cantilevered VELOCITY umbrellas, their sweeping canopies mounted on off-set posts to keep tables and seating free of clutter.
Each umbrella is clad in Serge Ferrari 832S2 fabric, a durable tensioned membrane chosen for its clean hexagonal profile and long-term UV resistance. The supporting steelwork is hot dip galvanised and finished with a 2-pack paint system, built to withstand constant exposure on an exposed CBD rooftop.
