A construction site in Stapylton needed a durable, weatherproof cover to protect equipment and site amenities housed in shipping containers, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a waterproof PVC container igloo, its curved barrel-vault form arching neatly over the containers below.
The canopy is clad in Ferrari 782S2 fabric, a fully waterproof PVC membrane engineered to shed rain while standing up to constant sun exposure on an active work site. As the supporting steelwork for this project was completed by others, VECTOR’s scope centred on the tensioned waterproof roof itself, a specialist application within our broader commercial shade structures capability.
The finished igloo now provides genuine all-weather protection for equipment and site facilities, a practical solution for busy construction and industrial sites.
