Harbour Town Shopping Centre in Biggera Waters needed a genuine all-weather solution to shelter shoppers moving between stores, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a custom engineered waterproof PVC structure integrated into the centre’s existing steel framework.
The canopy is clad in Ferrari 802S2 fabric, a fully waterproof membrane engineered to shed rain while standing up to constant UV exposure across this busy outdoor shopping precinct. As the supporting steelwork for this project was completed by others, VECTOR’s scope centred on the tensioned waterproof roof itself, specialist work that sits at the heart of our commercial shade structures capability.
The finished structure now gives shoppers genuine protection from sun and rain alike, adding everyday comfort to the Harbour Town shopping experience.
