Working with Vicinity Centres, VECTOR Shade Structures was engaged to deliver a series of car park shade structures across the customer parking facilities at Grand Plaza Shopping Centre in Browns Plains. The cantilevered, car park specific mesh structures span row after row of parking bays, keeping vehicles cooler while protecting shoppers from harsh UV exposure on the walk to and from the centre.
Each structure is clad in Monotec 370 knitted shade fabric, valued for its breathability and long-term UV protection, while the supporting steelwork is hot dip galvanised for lasting corrosion resistance. Car park canopies like this are a core part of VECTOR’s commercial shade structures offering for shopping centres nationwide.
