Runaway Bay Shopping Village needed to keep shoppers’ cars cool across its busy car park, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a series of engineered steel structures with mesh canopies spanning the parking bays. Seen from above, the neat rows of shade form a clear pattern across the car park, giving the whole centre a more comfortable, considered feel.
Each canopy uses Monotec 370 shade fabric, backed by a 15-year warranty, delivering strong UV protection and long-lasting performance in the open car park environment. The supporting steelwork is hot dip galvanised for lasting resistance to corrosion. As a set of commercial shade structures, they cover a large footprint efficiently while keeping the car park easy to navigate.
