The entrance to Mantra Coolangatta needed a weatherproof cover that would suit its beachfront setting and welcome guests in style, and VECTOR Shade Structures delivered a re-engineered steel structure with a tensioned waterproof PVC canopy over the porte-cochère. The clean white curves complement the building’s coastal architecture while sheltering arriving guests from sun and rain.
The canopy is made from Serge Ferrari 702S2 fabric, backed by a 15-year warranty, providing complete waterproof protection along with excellent UV resistance. The steel frame is finished in a QUAD Pro marine specification paint system, engineered to withstand the salt air just metres from the beach. As a re-engineered waterproof shade structure, the upgrade gives the entrance lasting protection and a sharper, more modern look.
